This exercise is the Push Up Toe Walk; one of my favorites. This one really hurts. And it works all -- a lot of the shoulder exercise -- a lot of the shoulders and a little bit of abs, a little bit of low back, but mostly the shoulders right through here, and you will see why in just a second. So it's a push up and a toe walk. Toe walk you probably haven't seen before, but the push up is pretty obvious. So it starts in a push up position, you do a push up, and then toe walk. So you don't take big steps, you take little baby steps. Right to there, and then back. Push up, and toe walk. If your glasses are loose, they are going to fall off.
