Hey this is coach Nick. Today I am going to show you one of my favorite Swiss ball pushup variations. Which is called the Ricochet pushup. I learned this from my good friend, close to my college in Atlanta, at IHPM. So I thank you for this exercise! Great for wrestlers, great for football players and for anybody who wants an additional upper body and core count. So, all I am going to do a start push up position, swirl out, pull the ball up and control both way down. That is when I am going to hit, and you have to control that deceleration. I am not bouncy and I am not also not letting my hips sag like that. I got to keep everything nice and tight. Plus, I also prevent myself from falling off this way. So your obliques are in there a bit tight. Lastly, I have to react fast and instead of just pushing, I have to just push, pull, and then push back again. So you are getting a lot of action in your one little exercise. Here we go! That's Ricochet pushup.
