Push Up for MMA - Drop and Catch U Performance NickTumminello.com Hey its coach Nick here again I’m here with my blue Swiss ball. A lot of people are interested and of course you’ll love it for the great exercise. It can be used and abused so I’m going to show you a great way to use it and not abuse it. This is not another great exercise. The push up exercise that I learned from a friend of mine this is called the push up ones I show you this I’ll show off a little bit and show you how to really take the things to hold on low. Think about this as a more of an— bench presses are more of overall strength training with some middle component but this is more nervous system based and more control based. You should do them both and I just want to do them both so here’s how the drop and catch works. Now here open up and reach that. Open up reach that. I’m falling get on the impact and setting up so you get sweats you got to feel the impact and reach that again at your football if you get hit impact resets. When I land I want control hands up hips are everything stays nice and slow a lot of course you’re doing there and I want to punch right back to the ball. Okay now start to get more advanced.
