Host: How does pure love making affect each partner in their wellbeing? Chris Wright: When you tap into these fundamental life currents, these energies together, they affect you in your wellbeing, maybe in ways that you have not anticipated or expected. These magnetic energies enliven you they balance your nervous system they nourish your whole mind, body and spirit together, that s they have a powerful effect on your personal sense of wellbeing. It is like you are opening up into a powerful -- it is like a shower of sparkling energy when you connect in sexual union in lovemaking, that flushes through all the fatigue, all the tension, all of the tiredness, gets flushed out of the system and you feel refreshed, you feel back in balance again. At the same time it connects you to a center inside yourself where you are fully relax, where you feel really at peace inside. So, both of these together, you feel enlivened, feel live again, at the same time you feel relaxed and at peace again. Whatever your nervous system needs in the experience, when you connect to these energies, it is like a battery recharge for you as maybe your cell phone that when you connect the masculine feminine union together. That that energies that you are connecting to inside of yourself is like a recharge and whatever your systems need into that moment, it provides a wholeness, a balancing effect that brings you back in to the experience where you do feel whole, you feel yourself again. So, lovemaking is more now than just about pleasure, just about sex, it is about connecting in a way that enlivens your sense of self, your wellbeing, it balances you from wherever your out of balance that nourishes you into someway within yourself. As a result in this way in this process of lovemaking, whereas before you would find excuses to having sex, Oh, I am too tired, I -- do not you know it is, I had a long day and lot of fatigue, in this process that would be time you would want to come together. And make love to feel close, to feel intimate, to recharge your batteries, to flush out all the tiredness of the day, to get you out of your head and back in your body, back in a sense of wholeness and balance, to go into the evening or the rest of the week. Same thing, I am too tired, I am too stressed out, I had too much on my mind, I get to too many worries, that is the time when you would want to make love. You would want to connect that Masculine Feminine connection to flush out all those tensions, all that stress, come back into that life force that is within your center, feel that nourish you, fill you, balance you again. So, you feel relaxed, you feel connected again to yourself, not disconnected. Some people are in use to give excuses, Well, I am not in the mood, it is like sex is a big production or it takes a lot of energy, a lot of getting each other turned on and all of this. Lovemaking is not about getting each other turned on it is about being close, it is about being intimate. When you are not in the mood that would the sign or that would be the time, you would wanted to be close, you would want to be held, you would want to connect to these energies to flush that out and gets your center back. Even the excuse of, I do not have time, we never have time to have sex, really you have time to take a shower, well it does not take 5, 10, 15 even 20 minutes together, connect to tap into these energies, you are going to find incredible sense of wellbeing. That permeates from you connecting to yourself in a very profound way, in a way that you can reach by yourself that when you connect to the other energies, the Masculine or Feminine combined, flushes all that out and produces a sense of wellbeing. So, whatever your nervous system needs at the time, that is where your system get and that is what determines the experience that you have during lovemaking and it brings you back into absorbing these energies, where it nourishes you and you feel like you have yoursel
