Let me show you how to make a protein smoothie for athletes. and so just looking at what we have sort of our ingredients here already laid out. We’ve got our protein powder right here, this is an organic protein powder. We have some probiotics here and those are just helpful all around with good digestapells. I’ve got some raspberries that will help with the flavor ad the texture as well as having some anti oxidants. and then for a little extra antioxidants support I’ve got some greens powder right here. It’s a supplement that I have and then one other thing that you can or cannot add is something like nuts or nut butter or something else to add some healthy fats and protein. So I’m going to start with my cup here, I’m going to add my protein powder. I’m going to add my raspberries. I’m going to add my probiotics, my greens for extra antioxidants support and a few nuts here. and then I’m going to add some water. Adding some water here this is everyone reverse osmosis system that there are some great water systems out there. And got to take it back the frozen fruit in there that is going to add some texture here. We can also add a half of banana, you can add some ice but let’s see how it turns just like this. And so here you have a protein shake that has about 20 plus grams of protein, you can add more if you like. Antioxidants, essential fatty acids and fiber and here we go.
