Since there is no vaccine for the swine flu yet, it is important to have a strong immune system. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, that's probably the most important thing you can do. Take your vitamins, especially Vitamin C, get plenty of exercise, cook with garlic that actually helps boost the immune system too. If you do catch the swine flu, there is actually anti-viral medications that can help fight it off.
