So this before the ski season starts, there are a number of things that people can focus on to try and minimize the risk of injury and maximize the amount of fun that they can have and that all as to do with conditioning, balance, control of their extremities, and having muscles ready to take on the stresses and strains of hitting the slopes. There are many different approaches to that to work on that balance and overall muscle control. For example, the boso is an excellent try to maintain core strength and condition your core strength while at the same time strengthening muscles and getting your body ready for those bumps as you head down the hill.
