Hi, everybody! I am Melanie Raposo and welcome to Mommy's Minute. During pregnancy your growing uterus places pressure on your bladder making it easy to leak. To prevent this, you want to strengthen your pelvic muscles by practicing Kegel's. To find those muscles, simply tighten the muscles of the vagina as you are trying to prevent the flow of pee.
