Prawn Chilli Stir Fry Recipe FREE Workout Nutrition, & Motivatoin Videos at www.ConikiTV.com Niki: Hi everyone well tonight we’ve got a special treat for you we’ve got a Con prawn stir fry so I know what the ingredients are but I have made it before so hopefully I’m going to do a good enough job what’s going to happen is Con is going to talk us through so I’ll be cooking and Con will be giving me some advice as to how to prepare it so hopefully it might turn out as well as he says okay. Now the ingredients for today’s recipe are as follows. We have a whole head of garlic. Now of course, we have peeled out and actually chopped it into pieces but its’ a whole head of garlic, Con loves garlic so do I. Don’t be scared. Now the other next ingredient is red chili now you can see this is a small red chili and what you need to do is slice like that and we’ve included the seeds as well okay so there’s a couple of those in there I’ll give you the exact details on the blog. Next ingredient we had is some brown onions, okay and again with the brown onions we peeled them and actually chop them up into small pieces so they’re ready to go and as well as the brown onion we’ve also got some Spanish onions. There are reviews less of that but you can save also so peel land chop those so they’re already for our cooking. Con: Just look at the onion so you could. See the actual quantity difference. Niki: Okay Alright beautiful. Now the next ingredient is some really nice roma tomatoes now there you stand roma tomatoes okay we would use some of those and slice those up so there you go Con you have it stick there so they’re beautifully sliced so we haven’t peel them or done anything to them we just sliced them up okay as well as those we’ve used this gorgeous little bela rosa tomatoes if I hull I that way my is a little bitter but they are almost like a small miniature roma tomato and again we’ll slice those up okay so they’re ready for cooking as well.’ So I dice the ingredients for today what we’re going to do is go out to our to create the sauce which the prawns are going to be cooked in because it’s a prawn stir fry but we need to make the tomato based sauce first. Okay so we’re going to go out to the sauce pan and we’re going start he sauce. Con: Garlic first. High. Niki: Yes. Con: Now let’s put in the onions the white onions and stir that. So how long are we going to stir this. Niki: Just until the onions become translucent so you want them to be able to glisten. Con: Chili and this is the basis of what we’re doing here. Let’s put that together. Niki: Smells great. Con: So I’m going to keep stirring now. What are going to do now? Niki: I’m going t line up the tomatoes on top of the onions. So now we’re just putting the bellarosa on top of the aroma. I might sure you get the juices from there as well let’s take a look and we might give a quick stir. Con: That’s mixed up really nice. Niki: That’s gorgeous now what we’re going to do is we’re going to put the lid back on and then we’re going to lower the heat and that will probably taken another about 15 minutes. The wok is on so our tomatoes are just simmering okay we’ve got a dry wok and it’s on a high heat and now what we’re going to do is take our beautiful prawns and actually strip wagoning batches like we did with previous recipes okay. Con: Select one twice/ Niki: That’s right, that’s right. Con: Spread them out now. As you can see the prawn will just start curling up so we want to stir fry I remember we were out putting the oil in here already have we. Niki: No that was just a dry hot wok. Okay so what you’re going to do jus tog through this or just a couple more minutes and as you can see now they’re pearled okay and they’re trying to color so they’re ready to go so we’re gong to pop those into our bowl, excellent. So we’re taking this off now and putting them in there bowl with the rest o of the prawns and I’m just going to give it a little s
