Anchor your band in a door for this sculpting move

Speed Shrink Your Trouble Zones This exercise is the Power Wood Chop. You need to anchor one end of the band over-head for this move, so you can attach it to a bar if you have it, or just put a knot in it and close it in it in a door. Make sure it's secure. Take the other end of the band and a dumbbell in both hands. Step away from the anchor point so the band is tight, choke up on if you need to, arms are about chest height; we're going to do a side lunge. So step the foot out and move away from the anchor point, twisting and pulling that band across your body and coming back, step and twist, and back, pull it across and twist, this is working those side abs, for a nice waist line. Do 10-12 reps of this exercise on each side and finish with one minute of cardio.
