The potential problem in a PCL deficient knee, that would be when it had injured the PCL, didn’t heal completely is that you can get arthritis overtime. And that can happen and so as a clinician, what do I try to do? I try to determine how unstable the knee is and then I get x-rays. And occasional I had to get some other studies such as an MRI. Sometimes we can see the arthritis forming. And so that's the potential risk of a PCL underneath, you can get arthritis overtime.
