Cynthia Sass: Whole grain pasta is one of the healthiest foods in the supermarket. But it’s really easy to eat too much of it. So if you want to keep your portion in control here is a great tip. That cook amount of pasta that you want to eat is up to about a cup which is about a base bowl or a handful. So take half of that amount dry because pasta will double in size when it’s cooked. And that’s the meant that you want to eat for a meal, here is a good cooking tip, whenever your pasta is cooked don’t rinse it off the starches that form on the cooked pasta actually help the sauce sticks to the pasta.
