Tone your triceps and get rid of arm jiggle with this move

This move is called the Ponytail Extension. We are going to start by standing with our feet about hip width apart. Have the dumbbell in your right hand and extend it up over head. Place your left hand on your right elbow to support it and keep it up towards your head. Now bend your elbow lowering the dumbbell slowly down behind your head, and then straighten that arm pressing it up, slowly lower it, pressing it up, working the triceps, the back of the upper arm, keep your ab nice and tight as you do this. To make this move more challenging, you can pick up a heavier dumbbell. For an easier version, we are going to grab the dumbbell with both hands, over head, bend the elbows, keeping them up towards your head, pointing to the ceiling, lower the dumbbell down behind your head, and then press it back up so you are working both arms at the same time to make the move easier. Do 10-12 reps, then repeat with your opposite arm. Do two sets on each side.
