Plie Squat Exercise Hi, I'm Lana Titus and I'm going to show you how to do a plie squat. My philosophy for exercise is those that don’t find time for exercise now must find time for illness later. This is so great because unlike the regular squat, it works your inner thighs. The plie squat is a great exercise for the inner thighs. We are going to stay on with our feet a little wider than the hip width apart and your toes are pointer out in a 45-degree angle. Keep that tummy tight, don’t forget and breathe. We are going to keep our arms on tight and sit back it into that chair, tummy tight and breath in, breath out, breath in and out. Squeezing those glutes, keeping your knees right over your ankles, you don’t want your knees to come too far forward. You want to keep them nice and back and sit into that chair squeeze your glutes on the way up.
