Speaker: This is your Plie with Biceps Curl, this is a total body exercise so it gets the biceps obviously but also the buns and the sides. Take your feet a little wider than shoulder with the part and heels face in toes face out. We are going to bring our hands in the front palms facing up, we are going to go lot slower on the lengthening phase of the muscles. So we are going to come down for two beats, one, two into your Plie send the knees over the tops of the toes, keep your elbows and thigh and come up for four counts, one, two, three, nice and slow good, go down for two, send those knees over those toes, up, slower on the lengthening phase, you have to really control it one more time, down for two and up great job. Now to make it a little more difficult use some heavier weight.
