Arm and Leg Raise Exercise Hi, I'm Lana and I'm going to show you a great exercise to target your entire body. I like to keep people motivated and help them reach their goals. I think fitness is for everyone. It's the plank with the single arm and leg raise. That’s a real tough one. You really got to keep that core tight and remember to breath. It's the great, full body workout, gets you in shape in no time. This exercise is wonderful for the entire body. It works your arms, your legs, your glutes and especially your mid section. It's really going to help you with your balance. Let me show you how it's done. Come down into a pushup position keeping your arms right underneath your shoulders and we are going to alternate raising our right arm with left leg and left arm with right leg. Make sure you’re really breathing with this exercise. Some things you want to remember not to do is let your back arch up too high, nice flat back, belly button into the spine and work on that core strength. Like I said, great total body exercise especially helps your core.
