Plank Row Pull-up What’s up everybody? My name is Robert Taylor and I'm from New York City. Longer that you put the effort out, you're going to get results. Here today to demonstrate the first exercise for you, the plank row pull-up. I like to call it positive reinforcement otherwise know as motivation. Here’s how to works. The purpose of this exercise was is the core tightening exercise and the body stretching exercise when you keep your body nice and firm as you twist from sides to side. Your core stretches and you will edge stretches. When you coming around and I'm going to make you come up to high. Just enough to feel the pull of the rib cage but you don’t want to over and instead you want to keep the feed about shoulder will apart. You want to make sure that you’re breathing regularly and at the same time, you will make sure you have a lot of fun. This exercise is interesting, it's fun and at the same time it is challenging. Now this is the beginner's exercise. Don’t take it for granted. Keep the flows going now, you get in tired but no you going to keep going. You got to get in shape, going to tightening in up that core. But when you do this stop come down to the knees and take a deep breath. Sit back, relax and get ready next set. If you do in this exercise right you should basically kidding windy at the same time you should feel the twist of the body. The twisting is the most important thing in the exercise because as your core is tightening. Your body is twisting; you’re pulling stamina muscle back and forth, back and forth. I was in the marine core and when I found is that the harder you work the more we slack. Until this wet, my face it maybe beginning exercise but still it's challenging and you will break good sweat.
