This is called the Plank Row and it's great for toning your shoulders, back, and abs. We are going to begin by holding dumbbell in each hand and assume a modified pushup position. Balancing on your hand and your knee, keeping the body in a nice straight line, your hands are underneath your shoulder. We are going to bend the left elbow and pull that left dumbbell towards your shoulder and then lower. Repeat it with the right arm, bending that elbow up towards the ceiling and slowly lower. Keep alternating both sides. You want to do 8-10 repetition. For more of a challenge you can come up on to your toes in a full plank and do the rows from position. Keep alternating sides to do 8-10 reps with each arm.
