Male Speaker: Hello again! I am Con from Conikitv. One of the other I saw I just said I tend to do with all our workouts as one called the Plank and sometimes we do a pushup and sometimes we combine two together, we call it a plank push up. So it's one that I will demonstrate to you. So you can see what it's like? Let's get on the ground. I will get into a plank position like this and like that. Okay, and a plank push up is this. One hand, other hand, down and down. Guys I am coming up while I am on my left side. Down and down. I will do that a couple of times. Just one more and then I get back the other way. Okay. So the plank push up involves your being in a push up position, getting down into a plank and getting back up in a push up position. Hottest part of that is keeping your torso awesome straight okay. So just do it slowly. Just take your time and you are just not rush right. You are trying to good, apparently you are do a good quality. Those are my figure of pass. Some of you might prefer to keep your feet together I strongly recommend against it. Keep the feet apart, taking time. Come down slowly. Again before you know we have be doing plane push ups like us at least every week. So thanks very much. See you again shortly.
