Hi, this is Doctor Debra from topworkoutsecrets.com. And I would like to share wit you today a smoothie tat’s called the Pineapple Surprise. I'm just going to start out with ½ or 1/3 of pineapple. All I did was cut the outside skin off. It's still got the core. The core has got lots of good fiber in it. And then I'm just going to cut that up. Toss it in the blender. Slippery, so I guess be careful with your pineapple. And then I've got a couple kiwis. All I've done was wash them off. I just cut then skin and all. Again, nice fiber. I'm going to slice those up. Put them in. And then the surprise is a pear. This is a nice ripe pear. So it's really very sweet. I cut the seeds out of this core, just a little bit on the heart side. So, that’s all my seeds out. Put the pear in. It's always pears and apples. You want to make sure that you get organic. They are kind of on the hit list for pesticides. And then I'm going to put in a little bit of water, maybe ½ cup to start. So I'm going to blend that up first. Okay, I'm going to add the greens. Fill in more water in because that’s looking like apple sauce and a pear. And I've got some kale. I'm going to put that in and some organic baby spinach. Okay, let’s start with a couple of large handfuls. Green spinach leaves and blend that up and see how it goes. I still have that a little thick. So I'm going to add a little bit of water. You can add more water but it's already back down. What you hear in the background is the Porter Collie. All right, so, I know it's got good things in it. And of course the final thing is the taste. That’s our vibrant and energetic—okay so, it tastes good. I'll just add a little more water. And you cans eye shadow this comes out a really pretty green. And then you have your nice pineapple surprise. You’ve got lots of vitamin C and minerals. The pear kinds of balances out the tang of the kiwi and the pineapple. Give that a try, that pineapple surprise. Let me know what you think. This is Doctor Debra from topworkoutsecrets.com wishing you a very green day!
