Now you are going to bring your arms by your sides and then you are going to straighten both legs down. So next is narrow between to your hip bones and you are going to slide one foot on the floor, lift your leg up and put your foot down on the floor and slide back down. Next putting your hands in the abdominals, you are going to slide your right foot on the floor, lift your thigh bone up without moving your pelvis and lower back down. Pull in the abdominalss and the left leg. Slide your foot on the floor. Lift your leg up, keep your right side down and put your foot down and slide back down and right leg, slide your foot on the floor lift up. Feel the right hip bone reaching down towards the left heel and then come back down and one more time and lower down and last time and make sure that you do not hike up the hips of this thigh bone dropping down the socket and slide back down.
