Question: Who can do Pilates? Lauren Whitfield: Actually, anyone can do Pilates. They have Pilates for little children and they have Pilates until you are very old. Some of my best clients are seventy nine years old, eight two and may come to Pilates with me twice the week, so any age group can do Pilates. It's really nice for the older people because you do get a lat down, it's not that much impact on their back, it's going to help the osteoporosis because you get more strengthening in the core and the back and so that should really good for older people, but its great for any age.
