Lynne Robinson: In this back to basic section, we are going to be looking at alignment breathing and centering. First we are going to look at alignment, in particular if we look alignment in the relaxation position, which is positioned we are going to referring to throughout the workout. With the relaxation position, you want to rest your head on a firm flat pillow or a folded towel and if that feels uncomfortable you don’t have to use one a towel, but the idea is that back of the neck stays long, so you don’t want to have your chin, that you just don’t want your chin for a moment longer, you don’t you’re your chin to fall forward neither do you want it to fall back.
