Male Speaker: Tim Allardyce is qualified both as a physiotherapist and an osteopath. Let's watch him now as he determines the range of movement in his patient's upper body. Male Speaker: I am going to have a look at your shoulder. Okay, so what I would like you to do is just to lift your arms up, first one front of me like this and now right to the top. Okay, good, and just back down for me please. Good, now lift your arms to the side, good, turn the palms up and way above your head, good, and back down for me please, good, and way back down. I would like to take your right shoulder across your left, good, and back down, and now left across the right, that's excellent, and back down. Can you turn around for me, okay, now just reach behind your back with your right arm you can come up as far as this is comfortable, good, and now to your back and relax now come with the left hand, good, and back down for me, just catch your neck for me please, good, reach down your spine, good, and with the left arm please good and back down. Now you just look at your left shoulder for me, good, and right shoulder, good, and bend it down left side and right down to the right side, good, and chin down to chest and just extend back towards me, and back to normal. Male Speaker: As we just saw physiotherapy treatments are generally gentle and painless, but if you are unsure what the physiotherapy is for you then please ask your doctor. Thanks for watching.
