The number one is airborne allergies. Just like people. They manifest it, itching, biting their skin, pulling their hair coats, have recurrence skin infection and air infection. If the animal has airborne allergies, then we do allergy test, which is the skin test, almost similar to that in humans. We prick the skin just like what they are doing in humans and then we read the reaction. And the reaction is the wheel that you stare when you inject the allergen intradermally. In total, there are about 58 allergen and that includes trees, grasses, moles, indoor allergens like house dust, house dust mite, and feathers. Once an animal has airborne allergies then it is not cure but we can only control it. So once you visit a dermatologist in his control then you do not have to visit the dermatology that often. You just of routine care, sometime the regular family veterinarian can take care of that.
