Q: What do most people wish to accomplish with a personal trainer? Tim Church: I wish I could say it’s to lower cholesterol or blood pressure. It’s cosmetic but it’s how I look in the close, how I feel. It is definitely strength. It’s definitely body awareness, injury prevention, as well as post-rehab. We have a lot of post-rehab clients that they don’t want to go through rehab again or get that injury again. For the most part though, it is cosmetic. I want to look better and feel better about the way I look.
