Hello again Jess, we are about to do the side Plank Leg Raise. This is going to work the back, the butt which lots of people really try to improve. Okay. And there we go. As you can see, the right arm is directly under the shoulder very straight. Legs are straight as you can keep them and keeping the core still as possible. Do about 30 of this and you will really feel it. That is very good. As you can see, also keeping the feet nice and parallel. Thank you.
