Pole Dancing for Fitness - Fireman & Bottoms Up - as part of the fitness series by GeoBeats. We are going to do a Fireman and a Bottoms up. So go ahead and take your inside arm high up your pole. Your outside leg is going to wrap around the pole. The outside arm is going to come across the chest, and hold onto the pole. We are going to sit, and the other foot is going to come behind the pole. So we are sandwiching the pole between the ankle and the front of the foot. So go ahead and take the inside arm high. The outside arm comes across, the outside leg comes across. And then the other foot comes behind as we sit. Our feet are going to, 1 foot is going to come in front, 1 foot is going to come behind. Let yourself continue around to where 1 foot is on each side of the pole. And then we are going to bring our bottom up. Once our bottom is up, our chest comes up the pole. Let us do that again, inside arm nice and high. Outside leg, outside arm comes towards the pole. We are going to sit. As we sit, the other foot comes behind. We unwind, bottom up, chest up. And that is our Fireman and our Bottoms Up.
