The easiest way to monitor calories is by eating four 400 calories a meals per day. So start your day off right with these late breakfast choices. For filling effects, spread each half of each of a toasted wholly English muffin with one tablespoon of peanut butter. On top of each half of the quarter cup of slice banana, heat an open faced sandwich with 20 blueberries. If you want something sweet, prepare two frozen whole grain waffles and top them with a quarter cup non-fat plain yogurt, one tablespoon of slivered almonds, a quarter cup of fresh raspberries, and half a tablespoon of pure maple syrup. If you're on the run, order one Dunkin’ Donuts Egg and Cheese on English muffin without the meat and a small ice latte with fat-free milk. Add one pocket of sugar.
