So we started our push-up standing and now we are moving to the ground. Come on down to your knees. It is partial push up. You want to make sure you do not arch your back. You want to have your hands slightly to the side of your shoulders, and you want go all the way down with your chest, straight down. Let us go, guys. All the way down and drop your back. Come on up. Dylan, let us just straighten it a little bit. Moving this back a little bit more, moving this back. Now, go down. All the way down, and press up strong, good! Keep that back nice and straight, try not to drop your head. Perfect! This is called the partial push-up. Good, one more, one more all the way down.
