Male Speaker: There are two stretches demonstrated here. On the left of the screen the arm is extended to the rear and parallel to the ground while the hand is against an immovable object. The shoulders and body are turned away from the object until tension is felt. On the right of the screen the arm is extended against an immovable object with the forearm at right angles to the ground. Again the shoulders and body are turned away to create tension. Both stretches are repeated with the opposite arm.
