Two deadlines had you run into the office vending machine out smart stress cravings by distracting your stomach and your mind. Here are three easy ways how. One-drink 12 ounces of water, whenever you feel like craving, try drinking water first. Still hungry? Have a balance snack or healthy meal. Two, take a walk. Research shows the more you sit the greater your appetite. Even if your body doesn’t into calories, move around, do some stretches for at least few minutes once an hour to keep your hunger and check. Three, drop down and power out some push ups. Moving your muscles can pull your body into thinking your escaping that source of stress.
