He gives them a surgical procedure, he fixes a ligament, he takes a little debris out of the joint, and then he is happy; I think he just gives him some pills and he walks away, but that is not the best way of handling pain, is it? Guest: You know, I think a lot of the younger orthopedic doctors that are coming out, the ones that I trained with that have these pain programs at the universities. I know lot of our orthopedics are really bright when it comes to seeing the patient that their concern is the psychological problem, even on an early injury, but it true, I mean some orthopedic surgeons are more focused on what they can do and take care of it with a surgery, but I think their specialty is involving, just like ours, and they are getting better - realizing that physical therapy, psychological testing, early psychological intervention has also been very helpful for them. So, I think they are changing as well.
