Organic Foods are better for you Female: I buy organic fruits and vegetables because I worry about the pesticides and so I want to make sure that my kids get the most healthy food possible in there bodies. Robert Davis: Many Americans don’t seem to mind thing extra for organic food. In fact nearly 40% up for organic at least occasionally. The higher price maybe a good investment for the environment but is it really buying us better health. The answer it turns out is a bit turning. Under Federal Law fruits and vegetables can be leveled organic if they are grown without conventional pesticides or petroleum base fertilizers. As result organic foods contain fewer chemical residues. But it’s unclear whether this really makes the food more healthful since pesticide levels in regular fructose if not been proven to post a health risk to human. Another claim is that organic fructose is more nutritious than a conventional kind. The evidence for this is mix with most studies finding no advantage for organic. Then there is reason that organic fructose is less likely to be contaminated to bacteria like E. coli. In this case the answer is clear, not true. What about meat and dairy products leveled to organic, these means they came from animals that were not given growth hormones or antibiotic. That some research suggests that hormones in food could be contributing to certain cancers in early puberty is a matter of scientific debate. There is a greater agreement that antibiotic in the food supply may helps fun so called super bugs infect us in a resistance to treatment. As for organic package foods keep in mind that this can legally contain non-organic ingredients. Plus just because things like cookies and chips are organic it doesn’t necessarily mean they are healthful Indiana comes down to a weighing to frozen kind of your self, if you prefer organic foods and can afford them great, if not, don’t worry to your somehow endangering your health the most important thing it will helpful diet including lots of fruits and vegetables regardless of how they grown.
