Male Speaker: When it comes to pesticides, not all produce the same. So if you prefer organic fruits and veggies but can't swallow the price, be selective, go organic just for those with the highest pesticide levels. Shopping list; peaches, apples, sweet bell peppers, strawberries, lettuce and spinach. Those with the lowest levels; onions, pine apples, asparagus, bananas, and broccoli. Washing your protose can help reduce pesticide residues, but won't get rid of them completely. Regardless, don't let fear of pesticides keep you from enjoying a variety of fruits and vegetables. The benefits of those succulent strawberries, whether organic or not outweigh any risks.
