You know eggs have always been a cheap, convenient, delicious way to get the highest quality protein available. Not only are eggs a excellent source of the best protein you can take in your body they have Vitamin E, they have B vitamins, they will boost up blood levels of lutein—that wonderful, chemical for eye health better than any other food. And now thanks to modern food technology, some eggs are healthier than ever because they are fortifying the eggs with Omega-3 fats. And you know that Omega-3 fats are the darlings of the healthy fat world, they have all sorts of amazing benefits for brain health and cardiovascular health.
