I had to shoot. You know we are just laughing. We’re just talking about delayed gratification where there it is. Instant gratification and what is it? It’s a chocolate bar. Yeah, that’s some gratification alright. But with that being said, you know what dark chocolate, we’ve all heard the marketing from the chocolate comes in where dark chocolate is good for us. Now, there’re might be some shoot to high quality, super dark chocolate as far as some cocoa in there. But with this one here, it looks like it’s better than average one. It’s got some sugar in there. It’s a first great chocolate liquor, cocoa butter, butter oil, Solectin, almocipher, I don’t like that word, vanilla. But I can pronounce of the words. It’s not bad. It’s better regularly chocolate bar that you could find in checkout at the grocery store. So it’s not bad if you took that bar and you had like ton of that bar, once every other day. You might get some—I doubt any benefits from it but you might enjoy the taste and enjoying something like dedication helps you not bench. So is the gratification could be good but anyway, for the most part, I think I talked about in the earlier video but I want reemphasize if you see products that we talked about in the produce section, it’s valentines day so it gets me setup and it’s actually today, Happy Valentines Day and I got my wife some PMS stuff and some water ball stuff and some flowers and I am set. But anyway, the produce section that we were talking about earlier. On ingredients is one word that’s what you’re looking for is most products that you purchase and you can consume for yourself and your family to have one ingredient on it that you can pronounce and that you understand what it is. So the more ingredients, the more chemicals, the words you can’t produce, the worst. You want absolutely stay away from those. So again, they’re staying from majority health all that kind of thing. Thank you so much for letting me into your life. I’m so excited about our future together and like I said, I want to speak out loud. I want you to speak at night right before you go to bed. I am standing up. I am excited about my new healthy fat loss lifestyle. I am taking control and my better days were fine. Say it out loud. Say with the positive tone of your voice, stand up tall and strong, go into the field of your mind and see yourself being successful and feeling the emotion. Visualization will teach in our program is very powerful which you got to see it and theory of mind, guys you have a hard time with this. Kids are great with this and heal them emotion. It’s seeing and feeling just feel good, I dare you.
