Again that same person is 40 pound overweight and 25 sounds like a lot then there is 60 pound overweight and then they want to say 40 is enough. Male; All right, so you have said the rule. Female: I told people you are 50 pounds overweight, I realize you cannot sit. You really cannot hear it, I realize if I talk to them I blew on the face, you do not understand it and it’s perfectly okay. If you want to think five to ten pounds at a time it is fine but if you have 50 pounds overweight. Do you remember when you were 40, when you were 30, you remember when you were 20? Male: Those are previous. Female: No, it is because you never accepted how overweight you are. If you want to think of it Gloria, let me just lose 10 pounds at a time that is fine but you are 50 pounds overweight and that is where you have to be to maintain your weight within 5 pounds overweight. Male: Okay, how do you determine what you think the right ways. How do you go about that? Female: Well, we look at medical. I mean someone has a terrible medical background that they suffer from depression or they have cancer, if a doctor has recommended that patient and has suggested--. Female 2: Basically depends on a person’s age, the medical conditions aside we may allow for them to get to a goal weight that might even be 10 pounds over when they should not be.
