Travis Stork: Walk us through what you did. . Aaron Spitz: Okay, well I have a model here, and hey look Steve, it's just the scale, but let me demonstrate what we didn’t do first -- Steve: Let me hold that. Aaron Spitz: Was using a needle to inject numbing medicine in and sometime you got to inject to few different areas then use a Scalpel further to slice it open, and use these narrowly little towel clips to try to get in there and pull it out that’s not what we did. What we did was we used the air injector and we just simply popped some anesthesia in there and then we used the no-needle vasectomy pointing instrument to pierce and just gently spread open a little opening, and we used this nice little smooth round instrument to reach in there and pull out the tube. Steve: It didn’t sound like that. Aaron Spitz: And then of course there is this snip. So that’s effectively what we did without any pain or suffering, right Steve? Travis Stork: And is it reversible? It’s a good question for a lot of men. Aaron Spitz: It actually is reversible. I do a lot of vasectomy reversals just one of my specialties and depending on a couple of situations it can be close to 90% and in other situation down around the 25%-30% range, it’s very couple oriented. Travis Stork: And Barbie, you are excited that Steve got this done. Aaron Spitz: And we could make it busy again. Okay, Steve can not have sex for one week. But after one week you can get back to sex and exercise, but they can not have unprotected sex until you are sure that it has worked, because a very small percentage of regrow, we want him to wait three months, ejaculate at least 20 times, we want to check his specimen, if it’s negative you are good to go. Travis Stork: Well congratulations! Thanks for being here. Thank you Dr. Spitz.
