[Music playing] Sarah Welcome back to diet.com video, I am Sarah, your host joined by Body Transformation Expert, Stephen Cabral. And, he is going to be showing me the number 1 fat burning exercise of all time. Stephen That is right. We are going to start today with two dumbbells. You can also do this with a barbell. So, we are going to start with a dumbbell hang clean. And a dumbbell hang clean is sitting back with your hips with no way down to above knees. What we are going to do is clean up to the shoulders, good catching there going to a push press and coming back down to your shoulders and going into a front squat. Good, and then we repeat. So, what we are doing is three old school exercises that had been around for a long time and we are mixing them into one big exercise. Come back down as you push press and into a front squat. So, what we are doing is we are really engaging the entire body, upper body, lower body, and repeating. Then, come down slow sitting back, good. And now, pull back up. So hang clean, good. Now push press, good, back down, takes a little and you’re getting to. And then, elbows forward and you are going to right into your front squat sitting back on your hips. Nice work. So back down again, hang clean up, pull. Good, push! Back down, front squat. Good. Let us have you turn a little bit to the sides so that everyone can see your form from the side as well. If you are looking forward with the eyes the whole time, the back is flat and you can see right here. Excellent. Push press. Good. Use the whole body to push-up and then you bring them back down, elbows in front, sit back with your hips, good. Nice work. Let us try it one more. So, right to the knees, sit back on the hips, tighten up. Now pull, catch, press, back down, into your front squat, elbows forward. Awesome. So, that is the number 1 fat burning exercise. The reason why it is number 1 is for using every muscle in your body. So, there is no way you can really use more muscle than that. You are going to burn tons of fat and you can get your heart rate going, really pumping up. Most of our clients come to see us to burn fat, to loose weight, to transform their bodies.
