We have estrogens and progestins with various kind of design and structure that have specific actions, and some of them are better tolerated than others. However, now we are working also on selective estrogen receptor modulators, selective progesterone receptor modulators, and these are categories of new hormonal structures that can be better tolerated or more specific for the treatments of post-menopausal women.
