Jenna Surrat: When I first got pregnant, we bought everything under the sun or—you know, friends and family were very generous in buying us things that we’d pick like on a registry and— We found out throughout the past year and half there—not everything is absolutely necessary. Some of the things we only used for a couple of weeks or—you know, maybe a month at the most but there are few thing that I feel like have been incredible along the way that we have used just again and again, and I think we’ll continue to use with our next child and so I was just going to show you a few of these things. One of the things that I absolutely love is this jogging stroller right here. It is fantastic for not only jogging but going to the beach, as you can see, it’s got a little stand in it but—We take this thing to the beach almost single weekend and it’s perfect for going through the sand and just all terrain, it’s perfect. Then we got this little contraption here, it’s like a bike trailer. And we love to be outside and ride bikes so—we got this set that we were able to take her along with us, as you can see—she really, she likes it a lot. For me, a very cute essential thing that was a good diaper bag and I absolutely love my diaper bag—I mean, a lot of people like bought a few and switch them out but—for me, it’s just like switching out your purse, there’s so much stuff that you have to trade off and—so I just want them on the night. Absolutely loved that I can use all the time—this one is separate because it’s got like a built-in changing pad for a class are just huge, you cannot have enough of this especially the first few months. And then also, this glider right here has been incredible. Having a good glider is really important I think because you sit there now all the time when—you know, when I was nursing, I would sit there and just it’s wonderful, comfortable. Ever all, I think that—it’s just, it’s really important to learn what it is that your child needs and you don’t have to spend a lot money to get these things. There are so many great resources out there like Craigslist and Consignment Source where you can get a lot of these toys for at least half of what they are at babies – or market price. So—and a lot of things—they are useful and helpful but you go through them, like I said, so fast that you don’t want to pay full price for them, and it’s good to at least check out Consignment Source or Yard Sales or things like Ebay and Craigslist for toys and things like that.
