Host: Because sabotage to a diet sometimes is going to a wedding, a party, what advice can give to somebody before they get there, so they go on become a pig at these things. What would you suggest? Deborah De Santis: Well, I think the most important thing you could do is just think about it before you do that. I have people decide, do you want this to be kind of a time off period where you do indulge with the knowledge that tomorrow will be different again. If they don't want to do that, if they do want it to stay healthy, during that event then we talk about the steps they can take towards that event. So make sure you eat that day, don't starve yourself. And then -- Host: Oh wait a minute, a great point, don't skip the meals because you are going to overeat. Is that true? Deborah De Santis: Absolutely so as soon as you see that food, you are going absolutely overindulge. You are setting yourself off then basically to eat more than you want to. Make sure you eat that day, like I said, if you want to get some exercise that morning, that's a really good idea before you go, find yourself so that when you are walk into that way, you are feeling really good, you are feeling very strong and you are more likely to make good decisions.
