Lyle Hurd: We’re speaking with Sherry Torkos and we’re talking about Suntheanine L-Theanine. We touched very briefly on PMS. Please tell us how it’s beneficial to someone who has PMS? Sherry Torkos: Well, you know, premenstrual syndrome, or PMS, is such a common health concern today. If affects almost 90% of women, and they struggle with both physical and emotional symptoms. There’s bloating, water retention, cramping, but then there’s also anxiety, nervousness, insomnia, and those symptoms can make PMS very, very unpleasant. But, I think there is good news for women that are struggling with PMS. There are a number of natural things that they can do and take that help to offset some of these symptoms. And, as you mentioned, Suntheanine is a supplement that has been clinically studied for PMS. Researchers both in Japan and the United States have looked at the benefits of taking Suntheanine and have found that it actually can help to both reduce the physical and the emotional symptoms of PMS. So, for women who are concerned with this, this is something I would recommend considering to take on a daily basis. The dosage is anywhere from 50 to 200 milligrams and with Suntheanine there are not serious side effects, no health concerns; it’s a product that is going to help improve sleep quality; it can help take the edge off stress, make you feel more calm, more relaxed, and really help address some of the concerns that women struggle with—and men, indirectly—with PMS. Lyle Hurd: And, really all it takes to find out is to buy a bottle of it, and when you have the problem to take it, and people will be amazed I’ll bet. Sherry Torkos: Yes, you know, the benefits with Suntheanine are actually quite rapid. In about 30 to 40 minutes of taking the supplement you actually notice that you feel more calm and more relaxed. So, whether you’re concerned with PMS or stress or anxiety, this is a supplement that does offer some significant benefits that’s been clinically tested. Lyle Hurd: We invite everyone that’s listening to this that might have those considerations to try it, right? Sherry Torkos: It’s a good choice. Lyle Hurd: Thanks. Sherry Torkos: Thank you.
