Audra Lowe: Is nagging down your relationship well whether it's you or your man our relationship expert Whitney found no one likes a nag. Whitney Casey: Take the trash out. Get that plumbing fix. I mean nag-nag, hey everyone I'm Whitney Casey relationship expert. And author of the men plan okay, so nagging it's a whole thing that men can't stand. But men do it too by the way it's not just women. So I decided to hit the streets with our reporter. Erica Harper and she ask men what is about nagging but first we talked the women why do you limit. Erica: Why do women nag you think? Female: Control, I don’t maybe it just energies. Any could have been lazy man who doesn't want to do anything, so you have to nag and nag for everything you want to get done. Male: I don't help as much as she like me too. Female: But its not just as he should. Female: If nagging didn't sometimes work I wouldn’t it. Female: If they only did and then that’s their choose so. Erica: And then you break up with them after that. Female: Yes, I would just let it go. Female: I have to say I don’t think nagging is probably the best method to give them to actually do it but somehow its, its hard not to express your frustrations. Whitney Casey: All right, so some of those women were nagging for all the wrong reasons here's my advice when you do decide to nag do not nag at night bedtime is a good time for sleeping and doing you know sexy time. But another thing that's really important to know is that men's testosterone level is highest in the morning. So that's the best time to get them to actually do things. But don't have them about it if they're testosterone is high, there to do list is high they want tasks they're task oriented so give them these tasks in the morning. But do it in a nice way. Okay, so the ladies got to wait and now it's time to hear but the man had to say. Erica: How do you keep from being at nag or if you're asked to do something, how you do make sure your perceiving it is just something they get a nice gentle gesture. Male: Lots that patience. Male: I would say do it before she starts nagging me. To learned from past nagging relationships. Male: If she wants something done same as it finding something done.. If that's we respect each other enough to do it. Erica: How can you make it, like to where did you feel like you're being nagged. Male: You know, I'd say more like “Oh, could you do this for me” instead of “Why haven't done this”. Erica: How did you get out of the nagging situation? Male: I'm divorced now. Whitney Casey: Ouch’s, divorce you never want nagging to end in divorce. So ladies take notes when it is time to nag a man just know your limits. All right, so that's great advice of course more that can be found in my book The Man Plan and that is in stores now.
