Multi-Plane Plank Jumps Exercise Hi, I'm Koya Webb and I am going to introduce to you the multi-planner plank down. So many times it begins in your mind just telling yourself I am beautiful the way that I am and I can do this and that really get the person to their goal. First, you want to get on the flat surface and move your arms, shoulder width apart and come up on to your toes. Now one of the harder one was the multi-planner plank down. Make sure your abdominals are tight and your body is in plank position. Now we are going to the left, hop to the right, hop to the middle, hop and open and close, great. This is a cardio exercise, its ability exercise and it works on your speed and agility. Again to the left, to the right middle, great open and close and relax. You want to do about two sets of ten of those and you will get a really go workout for your abdominals, your glutes and your legs. And you’ll get a good cardio workout. So it's a really awesome move that everybody just at least try. Even if you think you can’t do it, just give it a try and I'm sure you’d get better and better each time.
