What Type of Information Is Important for Me to Track When I Come into the Doctor’s Office? So the more homework that you can do; ask your mother if she had migraines, think about if they are related to your period; maybe keep a calendar for a few months. Try to figure out, do you get migraine when the weather changes? Do you get a migraine if you miss your morning coffee? The more details that you can bring the first time you go to the doctor, the better. The thing to remember about migraine is that they are not just a headache, they are whole set of symptoms of changes that are happening in your brain and unfortunately, there is now way to cure them but they can definitely be treated. So don’t give up hope. We’re just figure that you have to live that way. There are new drugs that are great. There are lots of non drug treatments as well and the only way you are going to find out about them is to seek out that information.
