Ryan Miller: Hey, Ryan D. Miller from TrainingLikeanAthlete.com. Today is a medicine ball work out, we are going to pick five or six exercises give you a timer now each one of them for 30 seconds. Exercise number 1 is the squat press up so what we are using one squat and press the ball up. Sit back on your heels, press the ball straight up not get up for 30 seconds next exercise we are going to do is a kneeling diagonal lift, we start down our right knee and we throw little on our left shoulder, 30 seconds switch side, throw it hard on that shoulder. Third exercise, we down that and do in our medicine ball pushups, we do pushup switch again 30 seconds. Our next exercise we will do it will be sit up so grab the medicine ball up over head, slowly sit back do the grab it knock it down push back up, slowly sit back about 30 seconds push back up just look at over then do our medicine ball mountain climbers, so what we are going to do, grab the ball and rotate the knees into it do to the side don't lean get 30 second. Our five exercise if you full of work is -- the ball between the knees, grab our Pull-up bar. We are doing full pull-up at top then bring you near to your chest and back down for pull-up bring your knees to your chest. Get knocked it out for about 30 seconds, take your try get your that in each one up back to back without rest. I'll repeat that three at all times little fast, effective.
