Joe Winklereid: I usually talk to people. Female Speaker: What type of people? Joe Winklereid: People that have been through those types of things that I need to go through -- I work in a school, so there is 112 or so other teachers that a lot of them have been through similar stuff so I usually use that as my source. Female Speaker: And do you have a medical experience or a medical bill experience, would you like to share with us? Joe Winklereid: Physical therapy billing has always been a pet peeve of mine. The way they -- you go to physical therapist and they don't send any bills until you are like finished. Like two months there and then everything seems to be covered and then after like two months after you are done the original two months you get a bill for like $800 of the 20% or so that they say you owe them now and I find that to be annoying because they never tell you like you are going to have to pay this amount in the beginning, so that's my experience.
