Andrea Beaman: I love eating out in restaurants, because when I'm eating out I get somebody else to do the cooking and the cleaning for me which is a nice bonus. But sometimes eating out in restaurants can be a little difficult because the portions are so huge. I'm only 5'3" tall and 130 pounds. So on the menu I saw there was a half of an organic chicken. Now a half a chicken is a lot of food for me. It may not be so much for somebody who is let's say on the football team, 220 pounds and 6'2" but for 5'3", it's too much. So what I did is ordered the chicken plus a side of vegetables and I'm going to have that. Look at this, so yummy. So I'm going to have half of this chicken plus all of these vegetables. I'm going to take half the other side of the chicken home and I'll have it for lunch tomorrow, bring it to work with me. So I get two meals for the price of one, and I get to keep my slender figure.
